The Boiling House Studio Cottage:

The Boiling House Studio cottage is situated on the property of the old plantation home and was once the site of the sugar boiling house for the plantation. The nearby pool is constructed from the water tank used to cool the boiled water before piping it back though to the sugar boiling house. In later years this building was used a s tractor garage before it fell to ruin and was refurbished as a ceramic studio then renovated into the lovely plantation, or farm style studio it is now.

This apartment is perfect for the traveling couple on R&R or business trip, a cozy quiet tucked away cottage with all the amenities you need. The well equipped kitchen comes with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and all small appliances you could need, stacking washer and dryer are hidden within the kitchen, and an ensuite bathroom completes the open concept interior, furnished with a king bed, sofa and office space. A private patio faces west into lush foliage and a 300 year old silk cotton tree towers above and shades the whole home. Free Wifi and TV make this apartment a home away from home. It comes complete with linens and beach and bath towels. There are 2 unique pools on the property, the large pool with raised deck and sea views and the smaller pool deck are both just a short walk though the property, which is lush with natural foliage and fruit trees. Parking is available adjacent to the cottage.
